The room must be handed over tomorrow.
A real estate simulation business game
By 破仌
"Tomorrow Must Be Delayed" Will "Lag/ Delay "into the real estate business time difference: pre-sale to collect money first, loans to the account first, construction, delivery and repayment later. Players running a fictitious real estate company can either buy time with new financing and promises, or use the time they buy to build homes and deliver. A moratorium on construction does not suspend the calendar, and a debt rollover delays the maturity date, but also increases costs and interest. The game retains the different results of stable operation and crisis, allowing players to face the same problem repeatedly: is today's turnover solving the problem, or is it leaving the bigger problem for tomorrow?
